Dental treatments are important and financial considerations should not be an obstacle in obtaining the care that you deserve. We provide our patients with a variety of options such as payment via insurance, all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and CareCredit.

INSURANCE

We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits. We accept most major insurance plans (please see list below), we will gladly check on your insurance to see your benefit coverage. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles as set forth by your individual policies. Payment of co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of your visit. In case, of no payment or partial payment from your insurance company, you will be responsible for the balance payment. We will bill you for 3 monthly cycles after which if we don’t receive any payments your balance will be subject to a collections agency.

If your insurance is not listed, please call to check for out of network benefits. We also have an in office membership in case you have no insurance.
