I had a great experience with Dr. Parul Dua Makkar and her team. The dental hygienist who treated me was excellent—very thorough with the cleaning, friendly, professional, and made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. She took the time to chat with me, explain things clearly, and kept everything moving efficiently. I also want to recognize Ivy, the office manager, who was incredibly welcoming and pleasant while I waited. She made the office feel warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Overall, the entire staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. My dentist of many years retired almost a year ago. My worst nightmare happened last week when I broke a tooth and hadn’t found a  dentist. The Hygienist from my previous dentist recommended Dr Makkar, and surprisingly she took me in the day I called even though I wasn’t an established patient. She was very comforting and reassuring, and gave me such a thorough exam, like I’ve never had from a dentist before. She is going to be able to save the tooth. She has a wonderful office and staff with state of the art equipment/technology and I’m happy to say that I have found a new home for all my dental needs. I highly recommend her. Everyone here is beyond sweet. Michelle is a great person to talk to and makes the process more tolerable. Ivy is super nice but don’t make her mad lol. Doctor Makkar is the definition of professional she knows what’s doing and she get the job done RIGHT

The service is great.  Employees are very polite. It’s a very clean place. They are very prompt with time. When, I arrived at the office as scheduled I never stay more than half of a hour.

Our regular dentist recently retired and he referred us to PDM Family Dental. My husband and I were very pleased with the care we received on our first visit. Ivy, the receptionist was so kind, pleasant and very helpful. We were so happy to see that Michelle our former hygienist had joined the practice. She’s very thorough, considerate and gentle. From the time I walked through the door till I left it was one of the best,cleanest and professional dentist offices I have ever been in. I am 75 years old and have been in a lot of different offices.Michele did my cleaning and was very thorough.The dentist checked my teeth and told me what I should have done.There was absolutely no pressure to get it done. Woukd like to Thank  Michelle the (Dental Hygienist) for such an amazing calming experience.Today I had a very complicated procedure done by Dr  Parul. She made me feel very comfortable  and insured me I would feel no pain.  I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.  IVY THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST is on her game. She makes sure everything is taken care of.
